Charming stone villa "Maritimo" is located on the Makarska Riviera above Tucepi, at the foot of Mount Bikovo. The house consists of two parts, in one part there are three floors with 140 m2. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, gym and laundry, and on the first floor living room and one bedroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms, while the second part has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. The whole house is air conditioned and fully covered by Wi-Fi network. In front of the house there is a swimming pool (35m2) with a place for sunbathing and relaxation. The villa offers a view of the Adriatic Sea and you can feel the complete peace and old Dalmatian atmosphere, away from the summer crowds, but close enough to the nightlife and cultural events. If you enjoy walking in nature, cycling on a mountain or road or even a mountain, you are in the right place. There are 3 bicycles at your disposal. Nearby you can buy homemade fresh vegetables, fruits, wine, olive oil, even milk and cheese.
